Position Overview

This position provides overall oversight to the residential program to include supervision of staff, development and monitoring of treatment plans and all other daily operational responsibilities. Program Managers / House Managers uphold dignity and respect of individual(s) served by promoting person-centered care while overseeing DSPs supporting individuals and the completion of activities of daily living in a safe and sanitary environment.

Earn $49,160/ annually with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Verifiable High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • 3 years of experience working with the IDD population required.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
  • One year of experience in a home health aide setting or school setting working with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
