The Assistant Program Manager position is essential for the success of our developmental disability services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Provide program leadership through active involvement in service provision
• Assist with the management, training, and work performance monitoring of Direct Support Professionals as directed.
• Assist with monitoring on-going staff training needs.
• Develop or serve as a resource in the development of skill training strategies and behavioral support strategies

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of one year experience in the field of developmental disabilities or Human Services related field and at least one year leadership or management experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license issued in the State of Nebraska and meet insurance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
