Program Leader
Primary Function: To provide oversite to the homes during working hours. To supervise Developmental Technicians ( DSP) and the delivery of active treatment services for persons served.
A cluster consists of three homes of which the supervisor would be responsible for active treatment and operations. Program Leader would also assist facility wide as needs indicate.
Responsible To: Program Manager
Performance Requirements:
Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions. Previous supervision experience and also working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred. A valid TN driver’s license is required.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Lifting, pulling and pushing will required. Moderate data entry. Work may be performed inside or outside of assigned group homes. Ability to move from one place to another is required
