Leidos is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join their Airborne Solutions Operation finance team. This position will be responsible for planning, tracking, analysis, reporting, invoicing, collections, service center and subcontract management. Individual will have regular interactions with senior Program Finance Analysts, Program Managers, Contracts, Accounting, as well as several other functional areas within Leidos.

THE CHALLENGE (primary responsibilities)

  • Perform program life-cycle activities such as project setup/maintenance, invoicing support, accruals, financial projections

  • Execute processes involved in estimating, budgeting and controlling costs on programs

  • Interface with Project Managers, Contracts, Project Accounting, as well as other functional organizations

  • Develop of program budgets, schedule and maintenance of Estimates at Completions (EAC)

  • Track subcontractor hours and costs and assessing funding needs

  • Collect program data for all types and levels of program reviews

  • Incorporate policies and procedures to accomplish business and program management goals

  • Work closely with the Senior Program Finance Analysts

WHAT SETS YOU APART (basic qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. 4 Additional years or relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Basic knowledge of multiple contract types: CPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M

  • Detail oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools that provide capabilities to collect and analyze financial information and create/maintain standardized auditable project files for program management and execution

  • Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentations skills, and the ability to operate independently

Preferred Qualifications, not required.

  • Experience with the Leidos tool suite not limited to: CostPoint, Cognos, Fusion, SLICS, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Power BI

Pay Range:

Pay Range $54,600.00 - $84,000.00 - $113,400.00
