Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. is seeking a candidate to fill a new full time Professional Clinician to work in our Adolescent Community Residence (8 bed facility with 1 respite bed) in Oneonta, NY. High energy fast paced fun environment. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to, crisis intervention, coordination of clinical care with community resources, discharge planning, facilitation of groups, clinical progress notes, individual clinical time with each youth in the program, family collaboration, and coordination of the respite bed. This position also includes back-up on call responsibilities that are on a rotation.

Requirements:

Minimum requirement of Masters in Mental Health Counseling or Master's in Social Work. As it is a requirement that the candidate is licensed in the mental health field, the candidate will have 6 months to obtain their license and the agency will pay for the licensing exam/licensure.

Experience working with youth is preferred but it is not a requirement.

Active/Valid NYS driver's license

Successful completion of Justice Center and New York State Office of Children and Families Statewide Central Register Database clearance
