Job description
Southwark Metal Manufacturing in McCordsville is hiring 2nd shift production workers to make lightweight HVAC ductwork and components. No experience is needed; training is provided—full-time, permanent positions. Translators are available.
2nd shift hours: M-F / 4:00 pm – 12:30 am

Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and utilizing hand tools in the manufacturing of light gauge sheet metal products
- Build and inspect parts following established quality and safety standards
Required skills:
- Ability to work with small hand tools
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to follow instructions
