Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
- Train, direct, coach, and lead production team for quality product in timely manner
- Directs the routine maintenance and set up of machines for the facility
- Oversees inspections of all PPE, and resolves any concerns to safety
- Trains employees to ensure proper LOTO
- Works in accordance with HACCP and regulations for corrective actions when necessary
- This person works closely with Supervisors, Operations Managers, to review production levels
Supervisors Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree is highly desirable
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience with 2 years in leadership role
- Experience with Microsoft systems, ERP (SAP) preferred including inventory use
- Bilingual is preferred #SMNCareers
