Main Responsibilities :

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
• Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
• Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
• Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
• IT skills, especially using data analysis software
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes
• Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
• Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field

Routine Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance to customer and quality standards.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear the required safety equipment.
• Complete the required paperwork and documents.
• Attend and take an active role in order status updates
• Manage department and understand actual performance
• Clearly communciate department deficiencies during meetings and have resolution plans for corrective actives
• Clean and maintain the work area

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

Education and experiences:

• Working knowledge of vacuum pump design, manufacture, and maintenance is highly beneficial.
• Good task management experience and skill
• Good communication skills and enough maturity to accompany service people in visiting customers.
• As a real problem solver, you can deal with unexpected situations, implement a solution, and actively search for what caused this situation.
• Good analysis skills, can evaluate data and information and structure and prioritize the tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in assembly of fabricated and component parts and products.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Able to accurately read and use appropriate measuring tools.
• Able to manually lift up to 50lbs and/or utilize power lifting equipment to assemble/transport assemblies as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of Industrial spray paint operations (preferred)
• Quality Driven
• Able to bend, stand and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proven experience working in a supervisory role in mannufacturing environment
• Excellent verbal and commication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes
• Flexibile to work long hours as required to meet project and month end deadlines and targets
