Talento Search Group has an opening for a Production Coordinator in the Freeport, Illinois area. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is about $38,000-45,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with department managers at the plant
• Monitor production schedules
• Plan resources for production
• Plan manufacturing schedules and production runs

Experience Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
• Good analytical and match skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with project management or planning is preferred
