The Position:

The Production Coordinator reports to the Manager. This position focuses on scheduling meetings and jobs, keeping customers informed, and providing world class service. The Production Coordinator is also responsible for implementing and following a best practice customer service model before, during, and after jobs are completed through a field manager and production team.

This position will report to Wilmington, SC.

Monday – Saturday, 6:30am – 5:00 pm; Must be flexible during evenings and Saturdays for communication related to customer acquisition and team building.

Essential Job Duties:

• Provides accurate data to team
• Keeps daily logs on boards of data collected
• Provides feedback on efficiency of the team
• Holds team field managers accountable for the department success
• Schedule Deliveries/Orders, and Production crews
• Coordinate with Customers of Delivery Times/Dates
• Coordinates with Field manager daily for crew progress and flow
• Review Inspections prior to payroll
• Approves weekly payroll for PL, Field Manager and Subs
• Manage Sub-Crew payments and sign off on work
• Keeps detailed inventory
• Implement better ways to increase production & quality
• Reviews Job cost and complete report for Division manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
