What will you do?

In this role, you will compile and record production data to prepare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create manufacturing orders, transfer orders to other branches through ERP system - AX dynamics
  • Assist sales team with customer service needs
  • Respond to the inquiries of shop floor supervisors and inside sales managers.
  • Perform a variety of clerical functions and generate reports upon request
  • Process remake orders, enter requisitions for purchase order requests as needed
  • As per requests cancel or place manufacturing orders on hold
  • Document material certs or any necessary certification required for orders
  • Assist the shop with any corrections needed
  • Release orders from generated reports and assist in any basic production control functions
  • Support all administrative processes within the branches.
  • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
