Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage processes designed to ensure continuous production of products that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. Ensure that these systems meet or exceed the requirements of our customers and ISO 9001 and are consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals. Prepare master routings, drawings, and other specifications for manufactured/assembled products. Perform roles and responsibilities as directed.

Essential Functions:
  • Create and revise product drawings as required for Greenville and Atlacomulco (Mexico) with minimal errors.
  • Manage the Mexico new item setup process as required per documented procedure.
  • Setup new items (routing, BOM, drawing) as required per documented procedure with minimal errors.
  • Provide support to production (including East Stroudsburg and Mexico), customer satisfaction and engineering.
  • Improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet or exceed ISO 9001 and customer requirements. Support as needed updates to existing quality documentation and incorporation of necessary new documents into document management system.
  • Maintain record retention requirements per document procedure.
  • Support achievement of site operational goals and continuous improvement.
  • Manage tooling/fixtures (including Mexico) and stamp plates. Maintain Tooling Management System.
  • Assist in training shop floor associates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (ie. Autocad, Inventor) is required.
  • High school graduate or equivalent is required. Some higher education is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic math skills – multiplication, division, addition and subtraction is required.
  • Experience with developing/documenting procedures.
  • Computer proficiency in a network environment.

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
  • Must be able to clearly present ideas and reports in written and verbal format.

  • Must be able to work well with external contacts of the Company.
  • Must have good time management skills.
  • Must adhere to all Company policies.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be capable of sitting and using a computer for the majority of an 8-hour workday.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
  • Must be capable of traveling within the US and Internationally.
  • Must have corrected eye vision of 20/20.
