Job Description:
Technology is constantly changing, and our adversaries are digitally “going dark” at a rate that is exceeding law enforcement’s ability to keep pace. Those charged with protecting the United States are not always able to access the evidence needed to prosecute crime and prevent terrorism. In response to this challenge, we are seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Systems Analyst to provide proven, industry leading capabilities to our customer in Huntsville, AL, Chantilly, VA or Washington, DC. No telework options are available.
Responsibilities:
· Align multiple teams with different agile methodologies to ensure a quality software product and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain product backlog and release plan and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
· Manage activities in JIRA and Confluence.
· Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
· Assist with Requirements creation.
· Assist with documentation.
· Act as the champion of the team’s processes, and aim to foster empowerment, collaboration, and team ownership of actions and decisions.
Qualifications:
· Must have an active Top Secret security clearance.
· You’ve spent five (5) or more years experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements .
· You have five (5) or more years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team.
· You know how to use the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket).
· You have experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
· You have experience working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners.
· You have experience with teaching technical teams basic to advanced Agile concepts including Epic and User Story creation, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD.
· You have worked within a DevSecOps culture.
· You are have a Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM-I, or SSM).
· You have a Agile Certification (ICP).
Preferred Qualifications:
· You have earned Advanced Agile Certification (IC-ACC, CSP, SASM, PMI-ACP, etc.)
· Are familiar with AWS.
· You have knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures.
· You demonstrate excellent problem solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams.
· You have worked within a DevSecOps culture.
· You have excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
