You will have the opportunity to work closely with production to ensure things operate smoothly and efficiently. You will be able to drive process improvements, work with capital projects, and support upscaling new processes from development.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Owning day to day process and product troubleshooting.
- Ensuring products are delivered according to plans within a predictable time frame, volume, and quality.
- Optimizing process flow, equipment, and process control systems.
- Complying with regulatory/NZ standards and addressing any gaps.
- Developing and maintaining quality systems.
- Leading and/or sponsoring capital projects and following up on performance and completion.
- Leading new product introductions and local projects/initiatives.
- Driving improvements in the financial outlook of NZ through the use of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, schedule adherence, and statistical tools to control the process.
To succeed you must hold:
- BS or MS in engineering.
- Ability to move about in the processing areas and be able to climb stairs, ladders, and enter tanks. Must possess visual acuity and physical ability to support all functions of the job at all times.
- Passion for collaborating with others and the communication skills to be successful in a teamwork culture.
