The Process Documentation Specialist is responsible to develop, prepare & maintain documentation pertaining to business processes, system operations & other technical processes for NAPA Transportation, Inc.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of identifying & developing processes and procedures, including interviewing subject matter experts, gathering the required information and identifying deliverables.
• Develop clear & concise operating instructions, manuals & SOPs to help users understand technical concepts and process information more easily.
• Manage, review & prioritize project work in coordination with HR Director to assure alignment on schedule, resources and deliverables.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates pertaining to established goals and deadlines.
• Review & update existing documentation to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
• Performs other responsibilities as determined by business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2+ year’s prior technical writing experience required.

• A high school diploma or GED required. Bachelor or Associates degree in related field preferred.
• Excellent & effective written, listening, verbal and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to plan, organize & prioritize workload based on company objectives.
• Highly detailed oriented & results driven; proven ability to perform at a high level consistently.
• Achieve or exceed all performance based goals & deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail during writing, review, revision, formatting and quality control of documentations and related information.
