Position: Process Control Engineer
Department: PE
Pay: $90K-$110K/year (DOE) + Bonus
Location: Vincennes, IN
Essential Job Functions
Excellent leadership, collaboration and communication skills- Increase current production efficiency by evaluating performance and proposing and implementing improvements
- Maintain data collection system from plant floor manufacturing equipment
- Update APQP documentation for Engineering Change Requests and quality defects
- Lead cycle time calculation and analysis to determine reduction plans
- Investigate and resolve machinery, quality, and efficiency issues
- Optimize man and machine (automation) processes and implement a quality control system
- Design, Test and oversee the implementation of new processes
- Proficient in Project Management and Statistical Process Control
- Follow standardized work instruction, including all safety policies and procedures
- Other job duties as assigned or for business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or in an industry-related field
- PLC, HMI understanding
