Foundations Family Counseling is a group private practice that emphasizes quality counseling services to families in the greater Columbus area. Only LPCC/LPCC-S or LISW/LISW-S credentials will be considered.
We are looking to bring on a talented new member to our Dublin office location. Working with children is a plus!

Job Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC, LPCC-S) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW, LISW-S)
- Position is Full-Time (F/T) (20-25 client hours/week)
- Must provide availability at least 2 evenings/week (5pm-7pm)
- Dependability and clinical skills are a must

- This is a W-2 employment position
- Clinicians are paid for each billable hour regardless of our ability to collect.
- We offer 10% 401k matching! Retire well.

- Clinician is provided with their own dedicated office to decorate as desired. We will purchase furniture you choose.
- We have 3 excellent full-time office managers
- This is a small, highly supportive, and positive group.
- We handle billing, referrals, and scheduling.
Client Population
- Our population is motivated.
- Private insurance or private pay clients
- Clinician will serve Individual Adults and Children if desired. (We have a strong referral base of both.)
- Marital counseling skills are highly valued. We provide training in-house for you. (plus free CEUs for taking the trainings)
- We are currently in need of a clinician who works with children.
