Primary Health Partners is actively recruiting a Direct Primary Care Physician in Moore, OK. We are looking for a high quality physician to join our current well respected and established team powered by 2 BC physicians and 1 PA-C. We are looking for a physician who is passionate about their patients and providing high quality, accessible and affordable care. The ideal physician would be established in the S. OKC, Moore, or Norman metro area with a desire to move into the exciting and fulfilling direct primary care model of care. Direct Primary Care is a growing model of care that restores the doctor-patient relationship and brings back common sense to the chaos of medicine. Primary Health Partners will provide all the resources and expertise needed to grow a successful DPC practice, including helping secure employer based patients. Practice Highlights:

• Focus on patients – not production
• Limited patient panels : 600-800 (1/4 the size of typical PCP panels)
• Longer appointments – spend 30-60 min per patient
• Typical day = 8-10 patients
• Provide Comprehensive primary care for pediatric & adult population
• User friendly EMR and technology platforms – built for physicians, not insurance
• Few administrative hassles – no insurance related tasks
• On site Lab & Pharmacy – we pass along wholesale pricing to our patients!

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds
• Licensed or ability to be licensed in the state of Oklahoma
• Ability to build successful relationships with patients and team members
