What will you do? (age 16+ only please)

• Prepare assigned sauces and food items per prep lists according to recipe specifications.

• Ensure compliance with all health codes and requirements.

• Safe knife handling skills when chopping, cutting, dicing, etc.

• Use hand tools correctly and safely (rolling pins, whisks, mashers, scrapers or other).

• Clean shelves, organize and remove trash, constantly maintaining a clean workspace.

• Operate equipment safely as determined by position and OSHA regulations.
