- Learn the Powder Coat Paint process.
- Monitor paint application per production specifications.
- Responsible for care and safe handling of manual application equipment.
- Make adjustments to automatic paint guns for various hanging arrangements.
- Perform production related activities per work instruction.
- Work in a team environment.
- Maintain quality and production standards.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree GED.
- Desire and ability to learn to perform powder coat paint duties.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
