Exciting opportunity to work for one of the premier retail partners for Polestar. Galpin Motors is looking for a Polestar Specialist to join our team located in Beverly Hills, CA. Our consultants are making anywhere from 33,363* to $100,928 a year! We give you the training, we give you the inventory, and we give you the tools. You put your foot on the gas and floor it! Sell as many cars as you can! Earning possibilities are uncapped!

As a Polestar Sales Consultant, you'd be on the cutting edge of electric vehicle technology and its embracing innovative retail and service model. Some of What You’ll do:

• Immerse yourself in customer experience and guide prospective customers through the online purchasing process
• Use your expertise in customer service to meet the needs of new and existing customers
• Follow up with leads and from all touch points including: online portal and CRM System
• Maintain accurate customer information during every contact
• Make proactive outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule appointments for prospective customers
• Coordinate all aspects of the customer buying experience from first contact to delivery of vehicle
• Become an industry leader in electric vehicle sales and service model
• Learn new skills and while taking your career to new heights

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years call center experience, sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in web based technology
• Professional work ethic and high integrity
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Strong problem solving and follow up skills
• BDC, Phone/Internet Sales Experience Highly Preferred!

COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE: this is a commissioned position by which the salaries reflected are of our current lowest and highest earning employees in this position to provide you estimated performance-based earning potential at this precise location.

Pay: $55,395.80 - $110,460.35 per year
