Heating + Air Paramedics Trafalgar is looking for a Plumbing Technician with a minimum of 2+ years of experience. We are looking for an energetic person with the following qualifications to fill this position at Trafalgar, Indiana.

Responsibilities:

• Provide plumbing services with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs, installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading systems and equipment.
• Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in plumbing systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs for our customers at Heating + Air Paramedics Trafalgar.
• Inspects plumbing systems and their components for the purpose of evaluating conditions, identifying necessary repairs, and recommending preventative maintenance.
• Performs routine and preventative inspections as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of our customer's plumbing systems at Heating + Air Paramedics Trafalgar.
• Repairs plumbing systems and/or components (e.g., pumps, pipes, drains, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring a comfortable work environment.
• Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring the availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
• Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate concerns.
• Complete scheduled appointments. (I.e., PHHC plumbing inspections, service calls)
• Provide a complete and detailed report of work done on each invoice.
• Follow proper procedures for follow-up appointments.
• Maintain communication with the dispatch team and other departments.
• Keep your company truck clean and presentable.
• Complete assigned paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in plumbing 2-3 years experience
• Self-starter with a proven track record of efficiency and effectively managing multiple high-priority tasks, projects, and initiatives.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills with experience working in a team environment.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Minimum license Plumbing Apprentice
