Plant Care, Grow Love! As a Sales Rep at Planticular, you'll help liven up the spaces where people connect with plant maintenance and design. We believe that not only do plants make people happy, but that society needs plants. Plants are contributors to healthy ecological systems, and with more and more people living in cities (the U.N. estimates 68% of the world will by 2050), we need plants integrated into our urban habitats.

In this role you will:

• research to learn about local businesses and people
• communicate with prospective clients you identify via phone, email, and in-person
• create materials and plans with the assistance of a marketing team

You will need to be:

• or become knowledgeable (we can help) about plants, plantscaping, & ecology
• gregarious (likes interacting and talking with different people for many hours each day)
• curious and creative about how to effectively communicate
• comfortable approaching businesses to learn about their plant care needs
• interested in researching and learning about our clients and prospective clients
• goal and action oriented around setting metrics and tracking progress
• organized and capable of showing your process
• empathetic towards prospective clients even if they decide against using our services

This role offers a flexible schedule after training, and no cap commission.

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
