Uptown Slice is a brand new New York Style pizzeria that will be opening up shortly in downtown Sheboygan. We will serve primarily pizza by the slice and whole pies, as well as offering beer, wine, and soda to guests.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated individual to join our team of Pizza Cooks. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to make pizza in a consistent and timely manner and be proficient in the kitchen. The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience working with dough and is interested in working in a fast-paced environment. Dough/pizza making experience preferred but not necessary, as we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Properly garnish pizza with sauce, cheese, and spices
• Properly prepare the dough using precise measurements
• Use proper pizza-making techniques
• Must work well in a team environment
• Must be comfortable communicating with customers about their orders
• Learn to use our point-of-sale system
• Learn and use proper pizza-making techniques
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dishware throughout the shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
