The Company:

We are Anderson Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine and specialize in empowering ourpatients to transform their life, be independent, and stay active. We providean exceptionally high level of care for our patients and have an excellentrating from our customers who time and again return for new problems or sendtheir friends and families for our care. We have a very well-respected staffthat includes several board-certified specialists in orthopedics (OCS) and one in board certified specialist in sports (SCS). We allow time for 1-hour evaluations, generally see 12 patients/day and allow time for learning from one another regularly.

What we’re Looking for:

● A full-time physical therapist assistant to joinour growing, hard-working, family-like team.

● A skilled communicator who can speak topatients in a way that they can confidently make the right decision about theirplan of care and see the value in your services.

● An encourager who ensures patients remainexcited about the prospect of coming for physical therapy and remain committedto the plan of care established at the first session so that they meet theirclinical, health and lifestyle goals.

● The idealcandidate will have 1-2 years of outpatient experience (New Graduates are welcomeand encouraged to apply), be highly motivated, and have a desire to help others. You must have a strong desireto pursue growth and learning opportunities.

● You will need tobe licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of CA, or be eligible toobtain your license if relocating. Board certified specialties and experiencewith manual therapy is a plus, but not a requirement.

The Position:

We’re looking for a part-time or full-time, PTA in our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic. Our clinical approach utilizes physical therapy/manualtherapy, personal training (coming soon) and excellent admins all working together to provide an exceptional and memorable experience for our patients – one that keeps them coming back andthat compels them to tell all their family and friends about us.
