Mobility & Motion is a PT-owned and operated Home Health Physical Therapy company looking for motivated Physical Therapists to grow with us throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties (see priority towns below). This opportunity is currently for a per diem position with room to expand into part-time or full-time roles.

We are a Medicare Part B company meaning there is no tedious paperwork or documentation. You will be generously compensated per one hour visit and we offer higher rates for referrals and IEs. Appointments are based on your own schedule and you can accept patients on a case-by-case basis or by location. We try to keep it as simple as possible which makes this the perfect opportunity for a PT looking to make extra money in their spare time or in addition to their current job.

Job Description

● Location: actively hiring throughout Monmouth County (Eatontown, Long Branch, Ocean Township, Marlboro, Manalapan) and Ocean County (Jackson, Brick, Lakewood, Toms River). Please feel free to apply even if you are not located in these particular towns – we are always growing!

● Provide high quality care - the kind you would want your own loved one to receive!

● Be able to commute up to 20-30 minutes between patients’ houses in your given area.

● Effectively communicate with the owner and front desk (mostly by text and email).

● Document in WebPT in an accurate and timely manner.

● Demonstrate professional behavior and ability to manage different types of personalities.

Qualifications

● Active NJ License (Required)

● Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university as indicated by school transcript or diploma (Required)

● Home care or Geriatric care experience, 1 year (Preferred)

● WebPT experience (Preferred)

● Kind, compassionate, and comfortable working with seniors

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour

Our Therapists observe all the precautions to prevent the spread of the Covid-19. Masks are worn while giving direct care, constant hand washing and sanitizing. They are fully vaccinated and/or get the Covid testing on a weekly basis.
