Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Technician who is friendly, reliable, fast learner and is focused on patient care.

Duties and requirements:

• Must have Pharmacy Experience
• Must have excellent customer service and great communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have basic math skills, calculations and excellent computer and typing skills.
• Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Maintains records by recording and filing physicians’ orders and prescriptions.

• Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, and removing outdated drugs.

• Ability to learn and accurately operate Pharmacy computer systems, cash register, and other equipment.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Answer phones and outbound daily calls.
• Check in merchandise and stocks shelves and conduct general housekeeping duties when needed. .
• Follow proper pharmacy general safety and security procedures.
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• Prior experience preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
