Kelly Services is actively seeking a Reimbursement Project Coordinator for a long term engagement at one of our Global clients in Titusville, NJ.

Pay rate range: $50/hour + benefits

As a Reimbursement Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:
  • FRAS Field Reimbursement Access Specialist Dynamic Engagement Plan DEP
  • 1. Actively participate in weekly team meetings related to DEP and conduct timely follow-ups on action items
  • 2. Lead feedback collection from FRAS and share with key internal partners
  • 3. Partner with training leads to develop ongoing training and help drive approvals from reviewers where needed.
  • 4. Proactively pull reports from Veeva on FRAS activity and review trends from data and surveys to identify specific barriers to optimal performance and areas of opportunity.
  • 5. Develop Project Briefs that provide a clear overview on solutions and implementation and lead team meetings that drive colleagues towards a common goal
Immunology FRAS Process Efficiencies
  • 1. Pull through the defined process to drive efficiencies for the FRAS onboarding process, hold routine touchpoints with stakeholders to keep updated on process changes and impacts, and monitor ongoing progress of new hire FRAS integration into Janssen systems
  • 2. Keep all parties updated on root cause of potential FRAS onboarding issues, next steps for resolution, and timing of implementation.
FRAS Ongoing Project Management
  • 1. Responsible for helping the Janssen FRAS Business Leads overcome barriers that arise as a result of new business needs and marketplace changes.

  • Problem Solving - Identifying solutions and training opportunities to overcome barriers or act on opportunities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare experience
  • Experience leading large projects and delivering results
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams/projects at any giving time and meeting deadlines
  • Reimbursement experience
  • Experience supporting product launches
  • Experience with working in Veeva and/or Tableau Competencies
  • Proactive Initiator actively and consistently identifies needs, gains alignment, and takes timely action to deliver business results
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations has the agility to work in environments
  • Strategic Thinking innovative thinking to advance team performance
