Personal Trainer - Sales Associate

● $45/hour - 2 30 minute PT sessions

● 30-40 Hrs per week

● $500 Bonus - 180 Days

● $45,000 - $80,000 Incentivized Income

○ Monthly Bonuses, Commissions, PT Sessions

● Weekly Calls with KP Sales Coach to help generate sales for yourself and overcome objections you may be experiencing.

Job Description:

- A trainer is someone who has a desire to help people reach goals they have set for themselves, while also meeting them where they’re at.

- Personal Development is imperative, as you will be on this journey alongside your clients.

- Daily Cleaning of the facility as needed.

- Meeting/Greeting New Members at the door to give a warm experience.

- Prospecting Leads that are generated through our system, as well as generated leads organically.

● Local Events, Fair, Expo’s, Events @ club, etc.

- Ability to learn, be coachable, and continually develop into the best version of yourself.

- Ability to Sell Personal Training

● Guidance and training will be given for this.
