We are looking for a Personal Banker to provide exceptional support and deliver expertise to our customers. You will work with a variety of people, including businesses, individuals and other financial institutions. You will be responsible for providing financial products and services, such as deposits, withdrawals, loans and investments. As a Personal Banker you should be service-oriented, ethical and honest to provide the best customer experience possible. Experience is preferred but we are happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Collect transactions from customers.
• Explain to customers about the different banking products and services available according to their financial needs.
• Open accounts for new customers.
• Answer customer questions.
• Verify customer identities and update personal information (addresses, contact details etc.) on the database.
• Work well with co-workers.
• Coordinate with other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
