Coastal Kids Home Care is a licensed pediatric home health agency whose mission is to meet the needs of medically fragile children in the comfort of their homes. Join our team! Coastal Kids has immediate openings for new shift care cases that are part-time and full-time in Monterey County. All these cases are open and need nurses immediately, you will get 1:1 training and care for an adorable kiddo and learn excellent clinical skills - make a difference in these families lives everyday!

LVN Carmel 93923 - 7-year-old girl with spinal chord injury sustained at birth resulting in neurogenic bowel/bladder requiring intermittent cathing and chronic respiratory failure requiring a trach and vent, along with gtube dependence. Patient is triaplegic and is only able to move right upper extremity against gravity. Very stable patient who is already home. Parents are looking for day shift M-F with occasional Saturdays to administer medications, breathing treatments and gtube feeds. Needing: Day shift Immediately

LVN Salinas 93906 - 19-year-old sweet young lady who is a very stable vent, trach and gtube dependent patient. This family and patient are very loving and great to work with! Nurses responsibilities include administering medications, feedings, pulmonary treatments and managing trach care. Needing full time days M-F Immediately

LVN Salinas 93905 - 21-year-old man with history of developmental delay, muscular dystrophy and restrictive lung disease requiring oxygen. Patient needs PRN oral suctioning and bipap at night. Day shift nurse available to provide 1:1 training. Grandmother currently provides night time care and could really use some relief! Nurses responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with feeding patient, repositioning, and managing Bipap/O2 needs. Needing full time nights M-F. Spanish speaking nurse preferred.

LVN Salinas 93905 - 2-year-old sweet little boy with a history of cardiac anomalies and cleft palate requiring O2 and gtube dependence. Both parents work full time and are needing help in the afternoon and on Saturdays. This sweet little guys loves to play! Nurses responsibilities include administering feedings, medications, and pulmonary treatments. Needing part time evenings M-F 4pm-6pm and Saturdays 930am to 630pm. Spanish speaking nurse preferred.

LVN Aromas 95004 - 4-year-old boy with a history of seizures, failure to thrive and developmental delay with feeding difficulties requiring a gtube. Patient has some limited mobility with legs but can lift legs and stand for short periods of time. Nurses responsibilities include administering feedings, medications and pulmonary treatments. Patient goes to school in the afternoons on Tuesdays and Thursdays (nurse would get patient ready for school and end shift at 1pm on these days). Needing full time days M-F Immediately

LVN Soledad 93960 - 3-year-old girl with history of seizures, developmental delay, dysphagia, hypotonia, and failure to thrive requiring gtube dependence. Nurses responsibilities include administering medications, feedings and pulmonary treatments. Patient is a sweet, spunky and play little girl who is mobile. She loves to play! Needing full time day shift M-F. Spanish speaking nurse preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
