Job description

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Payroll Specialist search, located in the Cranberry Township, PA area. This role is hybrid/work from home eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Will prepare a biweekly, multi-state payroll for about 500 employees
• Will maintain the integrity of all data within the payroll system by regular updating, auditing, and making necessary changes
• Enter 401(k) changes into the payroll system and lead annual audit by providing data and working directly with auditors
• Take charge of all questions and requests related to payroll

Requirements:

• Experience in payroll processing with an understanding of payroll tax issues
• Experience with payroll software
• Strong computer skills
• Team Player
