Job brief

We are looking for a payroll clerk to assist in the payroll data entry
and processing. The candidate will be responsible for making follow up calls and e-mails to
existing employees, vendors and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in payroll data entry and analysis
  • Follow up on payroll inquiries by phone and e-mail
  • Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare documents for audits.
  • Advise clients and vendors on financial issues via email or phone
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis as needed or requested
Requirements and skills
  • Associate Degree in Accounting, Administration a plus
  • Similar experience as a payroll clerk or relevant role
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of ADP payroll system is a must.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
