Join Advanced ENT & Allergy in our commitment to provide exceptional customer service to our patients. We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our Patient Care team. We have immediate openings for full-time in several of our office locations. We have offices in Voorhees, Haddonfield, Medford, Willingboro, Stratford, Mount Laurel, Woodbury, and Washington Township. Travel to an alternate location may be necessary.

We are looking for individuals that possess the following skills and experience: Minimum 6 months experience in the healthcare field or medical call center.

Demonstrate excellent customer service with every patient interaction.

Ability to efficiently perform all functions involved in a patient visit from check-in to check-out including co-pay collection and obtaining all necessary documentation from referrals to test results.

Perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Proficiency using an EHR system and accurate data-entry skills.

Schedule medical appointments for various providers and locations
