Smile Ballard is a privately owned state of the art practice located in Ballard. We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in addition to our 2 Doctors, 2 Hygienist, 3 Dental assistants, Practice Manager, and Financial Coordinator. We have had many long-term employees, some working for the practice for 30+ years. We work hard, and pride ourselves on being a low stress, drama free, mature, professional practice. We seek someone who can provide patients with the highest quality care in person and over the phone while ensuring our patients have access to the care they need in a timely manner. Success in this position will be a proficient multitasker and is able to maximize production for scheduling without overexerting the doctor and staff.

Duties: Treatment planning, scheduling, multi-line phones, greeting patients, monitor email, patient report tracking, payments.
Qualifications: Scheduling, treatment planning, insurance knowledge, Dental terminology,, familiarity with ADA coding, , Eaglesoft software experience (or a seamless transition using our software), paperless, multi-tasking, efficient time management.
Job Type: Full Time Mon-Thur (32 hrs) with potential for Fridays in the future!
