GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The primary focus of the Partner Enablement Strategist is to enable and activate our different partners to generate student bookings and enrollments for our employer and academic partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare and academic industries, as well as experience in developing successful marketing campaigns and enablement programs that drive partner engagement and lead generation.
Their responsibilities typically includes coordinating with fellow managers, supervising teams, setting goals and objectives, conducting market research and surveys, monitoring the budgets and timelines, producing progress reports for all parties, and devising strategies to optimize procedures. A key part of this role as a project manager is to lead and encourage all the essential teams to reach goals while maintaining both MedCerts’ and the partners’ company policies and regulations.
This role is on the Marketing team, supporting our Top Partner portfolio, and will work with key stakeholders within business development, sales, IT, product development and finance. The Partner Enablement Strategist will be responsible for strategizing with these key stakeholders and the partner on how they can generate more bookings/enrollments. The marketing team plays a key role across the organization, so the Partnership Program Manager will have opportunities to learn new skills and grow in their role.
- The Partner Enablement Strategist will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enable and activate healthcare employer and academic partners to drive enrollments for our B2B2C business.
- Identify and prioritize partner enablement needs and develop solutions to address them, including training, marketing collateral, and sales support materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute replicable marketing campaigns that can be activated by our partners to drive lead generation and enrollment growth.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Continuously monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting and analysis on partner engagement and enrollment growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare and academic industries, including trends, competitive landscape, and key players, and use this knowledge to inform partner enablement strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry organizations and influencers to stay up to date on industry trends and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure alignment with partner needs and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to partner engagement and enrollment growth.
- Prepares and presents project status reports to partners and internal stakeholders
- Attend and participate in weekly or bi-weekly status meetings with partner and internal stakeholders
- Manages project scope of expanded opportunities
- Responsible for overall client relationship management and satisfaction during project engagement
- Gain a close understanding of our business channel audiences
- Support all Business objectives by contributing professional, “fresh” ideas to adapt to business changes and trends
- Develop and execute partner enablement programs that drive success for our academic and employer partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to create and deliver customized partner enablement materials and resources, such as training modules, playbooks, and success stories.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their growth and success.
- Continuously monitor partner performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance our enablement offerings.
- Analyze and report on partner enablement program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to ensure our enablement programs remain innovative and relevant.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership enablement, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare and/or academic industries.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and enablement programs that drive partner engagement and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling collateral that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Dynamic, ambitious personality that works well with others and can drive projects forward amidst multiple shifting priorities and goals in a matrixed organization

- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and written - using multiple communication channels and platforms (phone, text, media, etc.)
- Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and support multiple projects at the same time
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is fully remote, work-from-home. This is a remote position in which work will be completed during normal business hours (approximately 8:30am – 5:00pm EST) Monday through Friday, with some weekends and/or evenings required. Some domestic travel may be required, including some overnight.
