Hand and Stone Weatherford is seeking Sales Associates. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Sell all retail products and services offered by Hand & Stone
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell service memberships, gift cards, products and service enhancements
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and facial services
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Team player
- Computer knowledge
- Perform various other duties as assigned
Benefits We Offer:
- Base pay is $12/hour plus commissions. Pay begins at $12/hour and increases to $15/hour after 90 days and successful completion of the training program.
