Our part-time
Design Associate role offers an amazing way to balance your current life’s work with a fulfilling part time career. This role provides you generous benefits (health benefits, three weeks paid vacation, profit sharing & more) and surrounds you with talented, professional colleagues and beautiful home furnishings that feature American craftsmanship. As a member of the design team, you will use technology, tools and resources in innovative ways to create a rich and engaging experience in helping our customers create homes and spaces they love.
Schedule:
Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays (24 hours/week).
Depending on the day/rotation, shifts start at 10:00AM, 10:30AM or 11:00AM and end at 6:00PM.
You’ll have one weekend off every month. When you have the weekend off, you'll work two Thursdays (some flexibility if needed).
We build our schedule for one month and release it one month prior.
From time to time you'll have the opportunity to pick up shifts to cover vacation, etc.
No pressure.

Desired experience & qualifications:
In addition to the attributes for success captured in our Design Associate Profile, you bring a minimum of 2 years of sales-related experience, preferably within a retail environment.
