Looking for a reliable part-time sales associate working in retail sales selling medical scrubs and uniforms. With a flexible schedule, looking for night and weekend availability. History of customer service is preferred. Job includes stocking, checking inventory, completing sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition within the store
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Handle returns/exchanges of merchandise
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Stock the sales floor
• Clean and maintain standards within the store

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
