Part-Time Clinical Clinician (Therapist)

Local Part- Time Clinical Clinician (Therapist) In person or telehealth @ private quiet office

$60 to $80 Per Session
Hours: 10 minimum direct hours

Healing Quest Counseling Services is dedicated to providing safe, caring, and quality community-based outpatient care to individual, family, and group counseling.

We are looking for someone who really cares about serving those who are struggling mentally and emotionally. With our children and teens being impacted by the pandemic, the perfect candidate needs to have experience with parent/ child relationship, anxiety, depression, and grief.

We are looking for someone who really wants to grow professionally by expanding on their knowledge base and sharing in the practice direction.

We do take counselors who have Pastoral and Christian Counseling backgrounding knowing how to integrate Christian principles and mental health.

We are located at Newfield Terrace Community Center off Delsea Drive in Newfield, NJ near Vineland, Franklinville, and Malaga. We have a small office ready to use for telehealth and In-Person Services.

HQCV takes most of New Jersey major insurance carriers besides Medicare and Medicaid. You will receive your per diem every two weeks. You don’t have to wait for insurance claims to clear or getting clients. We have a waiting list and additional marketing ready to go when you come on board.

We use Simple Practice software where clients are scheduled, notes, and treatment plans are managed. You don’t have to worry about submitting insurance billing or waiting to get paid.

Clinical Counselors Job Description (LPC’s & LCSW)

• Assess patients through detailed conversations, interviews, and

observations to determine the appropriate testing or examination.

• Diagnose the patient’s mental and emotional disorders
• Work with your patient and develop goals and treatment plans
• Regularly discuss the treatment plan with your patient to identify faults or room for improvement
• Educate appropriate coping mechanisms to help patients through challenging situations
• Record the patient’s progress and change their treatment plan when needed
• Staying warm, engaged, and receptive as you work to facilitate healing
• Promoting constructive self-reflection, helpful coping techniques, and nurturing relationships
• Consulting with new clients to gauge their difficulties and resources
• Informing prospective clients about pertinent financial and emotional commitments or how to access headway.co insurance management company.
• Meet with patients to determine the exact nature of their mental health concerns
• Provide targeting counseling designed to help the individual overcome their problems
• Remain knowledgeable of the latest methodologies in counseling to provide patients with the best possible care
• Addressing concerns through talk therapy and by modeling adaptive, sustainable behaviors
