We are seeking a Trust, Estate & Probate Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall in-person support to our estate and trust attorneys at our Palm Desert office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of estate planning documents
• Notarize documents
• Draft trust administration and probate filing documents
• Record and store client information on client management system (Rocket Matters)
• Prepare fiduciary accountings
• Field questions from clients
• Track and meet deadlines for trust administration and probate cases

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Trust, Estate & Probate paralegal (3+ years)
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK
• Familiarity with iOS operating systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
