At Panchero's Mexican Grill - "We Make Burritos Better Built." As a Team Member you will make and serve "Burritos Better Built", in a fast, friendly, clean, and fun environment. With a friendly and outgoing attitude, you will work in various areas of our restaurant (e.g. Front Counter, Dining Room, and Kitchen) to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction, speed of service, quality food, and cleanliness standards.

Team Leaders are an intricate part of our business. They communicate with our customers and team members to ensure a great customer experience.

Starting pay begins between $13.00 - $14.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take orders, answer questions and suggest menu items.
• Open and Close the restaurant
• Ensure the proper completion of all check list including cleaning, shift change, drawer counts, and deposits
• Prepare menu items to the customer's specifications while maintaining portion controls.
• Train Team Members on prep, cleaning, customer service, and menu item preparation
• Lead and motivate Team Members during their shift

Qualifications & Physical Demands

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to move and stand for long periods of time.
• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop.
• Must be able to handle cash and make change.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be dependable by always being on time for scheduled shifts and maintaining a professional appearance.
