Job description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Owner/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability, and managing staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of business operations, and the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business plan.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Analyze financial data to make informed decisions.
- Recruit, hire, and train employees.
- Monitor performance of staff and take corrective action when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
