Position Overview

ProForce Law Enforcement is an innovative leader in law enforcement equipment and firearms sales. We are recognized by our customers for our excellence in creative marketing, technology, professionalism, and world-class customer service. ProForce is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Southern California Territory to join our hardworking Outside Sales Team.

The Outside Sales Representative is a base + commission outside sales position that is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with our customers in State, Local, and Federal law enforcement agencies throughout Southern California. Our Outside Sales Representatives spend their time visiting law with enforcement agencies throughout the territory, conducting product demonstrations, as well as representing ProForce at various trade shows and product training classes.

The Ideal Outside Sales Representative Candidate Would Possess

• 5+ years prior outside sales experience
• Prior Law Enforcement or Military experience is a PLUS
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision
• The ability to travel up to 90% of the time
• A responsive, action oriented, and customer obsessed drive for success
• A proactive, upbeat, and positive attitude
• Flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking skills
• The ability to demonstrate strong prioritization and organizational skills
• An ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems

Outside Sales Representative Position Requirements

• Must reside within the territory detailed above
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license with a clean driving record

ProForce offers a generous benefits compensation package including a competitive base wage of $60k base PLUS commission with an opportunity to earn $100k and up in addition to COMPANY-PAID Medical, Life insurance, and Family Telemedicine benefits for our full-time employees.
