The Outpatient Medical Director/Psychiatrist for Mental Health Services is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to a staff of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in the clinic. In addition to providing mentorship. Please note: the largest portion of the position is dedicated to direct clinical care, with the balance providing administrative duties. Additionally, the Director serves as liaison between the clinic and senior management ensuring open communication and heads quality improvement initiatives for the setting. Participates in regularly scheduled administrative/management meetings. Promotes a culture of safety and quality in the clinic.

Requirements:

Psychiatric and Medical license.

Current MD license in the State of Pennsylvania required plus current DEA registration.

Pay: $220,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
