Jani-King International is seeking Outbound Calling/Phone Survey individuals to survey our list of potential customers. We’re looking for individuals that can ask questions and complete our surveys.

As an essential business, our franchisees provide cleaning and disinfecting services to tens of thousands of clients in a variety of industries so there are always new customers in need of our service. Jani-King is the global leader in the ever-growing $100 billion-dollar commercial cleaning industry.

Our Outbound Calling/Phone Survey staff must have an outgoing personality and a desire to communicate with people to satisfy our customers’ needs. This position requires a pleasant phone voice, personal discipline, and the drive to make a difference. The successful candidate will work with professional Account Executives in a defined calling territory. You will use a variety of sources assigned to you by your Account Executive as well as other valuable resources.

The person who steps into this role must be comfortable in conversation during our survey. We are looking for friendly and personable individuals who can stimulate their team and produce results!

Our total compensation package includes a solid benefit package and commission in addition to your hourly pay!

Job Requirements:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must be able to commute to our office location, this is not a remote opportunity.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to conduct high volume (200-300 per day) outbound calls surveying businesses

· Experience dealing with businesses by telephone.

· Positive attitude
