Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, your primary goal is to support leaders in administrative, operational, and organizational tasks. Your duties will include:

• Creating, implementing, and maintaining a company social media presence
• Planning team retention and recognition events
• Overseeing onboarding systems for new agents and agent referrals
• Creating and refining systems for customer service, lead generation, and agent recruiting
• Developing and maintaining the team’s operations manual
• Scheduling and maintaining the team’s calendar
• Reconciling and preparing expense reports
• Opening and distributing mail
• Answering phone and marketing line inquiries
• Handling client inquiries and complaints
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and software
• Building and maintaining systems for internal communication

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have exemplary attention to detail and thrive on your high standards and quality of work. You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in basic Office suite software and calendaring systems. Additionally, you should be a team player;
