- Develops and analyses departmental sales & MIS reporting to identify trends and recommend actions to address
- Researches commission and fee reconciliation items based on data from Broker/Dealer platform
- Monitors annual required minimum distributions (RMD’s) to ensure compliance across the business; encouraging automation wherever possible
- Responsible for payroll/commission administration and automation
- Leveraging Broker/Dealer platform, monitors and reports on profile of the business; changes and trends
- Responsible for the administration, enhancement and maintenance of the departmental CRM system
- Assists Management in the development of and training to specific quality assurance standards for the team; Develops and reports on metrics measuring operational activity and service quality.
- Manages departmental vendor contracts; responsible for coordinating due diligence for any new vendors and periodic risk assessments of existing relationships
- Assists in business development projects, such as marketing efforts and promotional campaigns; responsible for developing and reporting appropriate metrics to gauge efficacy
- Responsible for filing materials for marketing review with Broker/Dealer platform
- Provides internal customer service as required for recurring issues internally and with business partners
- Troubleshoots escalated or time sensitive issues with broker-dealer operations as required
- Helps maintain all corporate records and books and records for all registered branch offices
- Helps to identify and implement efficiencies to improve productivity and service levels of back office
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Manager

Education and Experience Requirements:
- BA/BS required; a bachelor's degree in business and/or finance or economics is preferred
- Experience in financial services industry is required (3+ years)
- Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, database management experience desirable)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 required with the ability to obtain additional licenses (Series 65/66 and Life, Accident and Health insurance) within 6 months of hire.
