Job description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute administrative tasks for NPS Department.
- Work with Sr. NPS Operations Specialist to respond to membership inquiries at all stages via database and web searches.
- Facilitate pro-active communications for members.
- Provide support for NPS member benefit programs at all stages.
- Coordinate NPS member correspondence.
- Provide direct support to customers.
- Coordinate the production of materials for NPS programs.
- Assist NPS staff with event planning and logistics, including marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to NPS member appreciation events.
- Coordinate with fulfillment houses, freight companies, and other outside vendors.
- Support NPS calendar of events
- Support Nikon Professional Market Technical Representatives
- Coordinate customer efforts with Nikon Service Relations.
- Support NPS Global efforts.
- Coordinate and follow-up on vendor, contractor, and NPS member invoices.
- Review inquiries for joining NPS and status of applications.
- Maintain, update, or renew membership records.
- Execute mailings and shipments
- All other duties as required or needed.
- Ability to travel up to 5% (overnight and domestic)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Word, Excel PowerPoint
- MS Outlook
- Knowledge of SAP a plus
- Knowledge of Sales Force a plus
- Working knowledge of databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Ability to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours as needed.
- 3-5 years administrative and customer service experience
- High School Diploma Required
- B.A. preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
