Our organization is in need of an Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the office, including managing daily operations, coordinating meetings and ensuring the efficient running of the office. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Office operations and procedures.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general customer service support.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
